1. Withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

2. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the user or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the user, acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. Notice of withdrawal

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Right of retention

The refund may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the user has demonstrated that the goods have been returned.

8. Shipping costs

The direct costs of returning the goods will be payed by the user.

9. Compensation in case of decrease in the value of the goods

The user is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods deriving from an improper use or treatment of the goods which could result in damages.
