We are united by the thread of Love, we are one

Andrea Roggi is an all-round artist, because he has always loved art in its broadest declination, in particular poetry, painting and sculpture, which for many years now have represented the emotional apex of his fertile, tireless creativity. He is particularly interested in Nature, in its incessant making and regeneration, in the mysterious flow of life in its most shocking and fascinating expressions.
He is attracted to the unpredictable and complex life of man, which he continually probes in its most remote and secret corners. The meticulous attention to the mystery-man is clearly visible in his sculptural art: painstaking research of details and overall plastic rendering of the figuration investigated in its inscrutable uniqueness.
In particular, the artist appears to be sensitive to the wonderful and dreamy world of children, because he loves play, dreams, and the irrepressible and untameable creativity that little ones display to the highest degree. This is why he approaches the world of children. In this way, the artist returns to the age of childhood, thus being able to draw, with both hands, from the inexhaustible well of fantasy, fun and playful joy: Play for a living.
All of the Maestro's works reveal a tireless search for the fascinating mystery of life, both that which circulates in the most diverse creatures of nature, and that which expresses itself, in an ineffable way, in the multifaceted, extraordinarily rich and intriguing world of mankind. The playful sense, present in his works, is a distinctive element of his art: all the works seem to reveal an existential reflection, showing a life lived to the full
